1. Engagement & Authorization

By purchasing our services, you appoint Maithry Media as an independent service provider to manage, create, or optimize digital assets such as websites, ad accounts, social media platforms, analytics tools, and marketing campaigns.

You authorize us to access required platforms (with necessary permissions) solely for service delivery purposes.

2. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate business information, content, and access credentials
• Ensure ownership or legal rights to all content, images, videos, and materials shared
• Review and approve work within reasonable timelines

Maithry Media is not responsible for delays caused by missing content, approvals, or access issues.

3. Content, Media & Assets

Client-Provided Content: The client confirms that all supplied content (text, images, videos, logos) is legally owned or licensed.

Agency-Created Content: Any creative assets produced by Maithry Media remain our property until full payment is completed.

Third-Party Assets: Costs for stock images, fonts, plugins, tools, or software licenses are borne by the client, unless explicitly included in the package.

4. Revisions & Scope Control

Reasonable revisions are included as per the agreed scope.

Additional charges may apply for:

• Major design changes after approval
• Strategy or direction changes mid-project
• Replacing more than 50% of approved content
• Creating new campaigns, pages, or creatives beyond scope

5. Payments & Billing

• Most services require advance payment
• Monthly services must be paid before the billing cycle
• Delayed payments may result in service suspension

Maithry Media reserves the right to withhold or remove deliverables if payments are overdue.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• One-time services: Refunds are not guaranteed once work has started
• Monthly services: 30-day prior written notice required for cancellation
• Ad spends (Google, Meta, etc.) are non-refundable

7. Advertising & Third-Party Platforms

Maithry Media does not guarantee:

• Ad performance
• Leads or sales volume
• Search engine rankings

Ad platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) operate independently and are governed by their own policies. Clients are responsible for direct payments to ad platforms.

8. SEO Disclaimer

SEO results depend on multiple external factors including competition, algorithms, content quality, and domain authority.

No fixed ranking positions or timelines are guaranteed.

9. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

• Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client
• Maithry Media may showcase work in portfolios unless objected in writing

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of business information, strategies, credentials, and internal processes.

11. Limitation of Liability

Maithry Media is not liable for:

• Business losses
• Data loss due to third-party tools or hosting
• Platform outages
• Cyber attacks or technical failures beyond control

Liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the service.

12. Professional Conduct

We expect respectful communication. Abuse, harassment, or unethical behavior may result in immediate service termination without refund.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana.

14. Updates to Terms

Maithry Media reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of updates.
